Event details:

America's youth mental health crisis is worsening as rates of depression and anxiety among children and teens rise to unprecedented levels, exacerbated by factors like post-pandemic isolation, social media use and treatment shortages.

Join Axios for an event in Washington, D.C. looking at the root causes of the crisis, the barriers to better care and examples of real world and youth-led attempts to expand options for those in need of support. Topics we'll explore include school-based mental health care options, targeted government action, multi-sector partnerships and pediatricians' expanding role.
